Natasha Lothery CSCS, USAW

Natasha is the most recent addition to our staff, after serving as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Ball State University. During her time at Ball State, Natasha was directly responsible for the development and implementation of periodized programs with respect to all aspects of sport performance and nutrition for the women’s basketball team, women’s track & field and cross-country teams, women’s soccer, and men’s and women’s tennis to name a few. She also assisted with men's basketball, baseball, and the men's and women's volleyball programs.

An Indianapolis native, Lothery is a 1998 graduate of Lawrence North High School. She spent her first two years of college at Kentucky State University, where she was a member of the school's track and field team and cross country teams. She transferred to Ball State prior to the 2000-01 academic year and earned two letters in track. Lothery captured two individual Mid-American Conference titles in 2002 -- one in the indoor 800-meter run and one in the outdoor 800. In addition, she was part of the 2002 league champion indoor distance medley relay team. The three-time All-MAC honoree was also selected to the 2002 Academic All-MAC squad. She is currently an active member of the Indiana Invaders Track & Field Team.

Lothery earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Ball State in Biology in 2002, and earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical and Sport Biomechanics in December of 2004.  She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, a Level 1 Club Coach (USAW) by the United States Weightlifting Association, and a Level 1 Track & Field Coach (USATF) by the US Track & Field Association.
