Phil Brauch, CSCS

Phil Brauch joins St. Vincent Sports Performance Center and Lawrence North High school following a Strength & Conditioning internship with the Indianapolis Colts.  As the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at LN, Phil is responsible for the entire strength and conditioning program for all twenty varsity sports programs.

Coach Brauch is a graduate of Butler University’s School of Education, where he was selected by the faculty as the outstanding student in his teaching area of physical education.  A standout student-athlete at Butler, he was a varsity letterman in Lacrosse, while also graduating with academic honors.

Originally from New Hampshire, Coach Brauch was a team captain and an all-star in three sports in high school, earning MVP, first team All State, and All-American status in lacrosse at Hanover High. He was also the captain and MVP for his football team. In hockey, he received the Seventh Man award. Upon graduation, he was named the school’s male athlete of the year.
