"Last year after starting this program we did not have the ankle injuries, the back injuries or the shoulder injuries we had experienced previously. Even the knee problems abated a bit. I credit your program, especially the balance component (for the lack of ankle injuries) and the abdominal component (for the lack of back and shoulder problems as the girls re-trained to use the power from the "center" of their bodies). The increase in verticals--that is just the 'gravy.' I value what you are doing for the players more from an injury prevention standpoint than even for the fitness benefits."
